Today was one of those days. Since the Tribal Labor Laws gave us the Thursday after the 4th off, I didn't have a whole lot planned. My brakes needed to be changed so I thought I would take care of that today, but I didn't get up as early as planned and I didn't wake up with the motivation necessary to really start the work on my car.
I spent a majority of the day sitting on our couch, working on stuff for school next year, and researching issues I'm having with my car. It was actually a pretty productive day; I just didn't feel like I did a whole lot. But it was nice to rest for the day.
Around 3pm, Greg called to see if anybody wanted to go to Valentine to get unlimited ribs at Jordan's. I wanted ribs so badly, but I ate a pretty late lunch and I wasn't sure that I would be able to take advantage of the unlimited ribs since I was still pretty full. Lame. I turned him down, but I told him to keep me on the list for next time!
The rest of my day was spent resting, until about 8pm. At that point, Jonny and I went to Greg's house to blow some stuff up. It took a couple minutes to set everything up, so by the time we were done, we were hard pressed for time to actually make this worth while. Greg took a couple shots at the Tannerite, but nothing happened.
We ended up fiddling with the set up of everything trying to figure out why the Tannerite wasn't blowing up, but that took way too long, so we ended up running out of day light. That was a huge bummer. I guess we'll have to figure it out tomorrow.
We ended up getting back pretty late tonight, so it was time for bed. Tomorrow Jonny and I are waking up at 6am. Stay tuned to find out why!
Thanks for reading.
